Urban Uprising
“Urban Uprising” is a new idea to gather unknown artists from everywhere and spread their artistic abilities to as many people as possible. We will be gathering these pieces of art and collaborating it with custom clothing. Designs will be placed on apparel accordingly to the artist best intentions and artist will receive a good percentage of what their shirts sell. Another feature that the site will include is an artist tab. This tab will include a picture from every artist that our site is working with. When a picture is selected a complete bio of the artist will be viewable. You will learn not only their interests and what inspires them to do what they do, but also contact information so if you like what you see you can contact the artist for future projects. “Artist of the Month” will allow anyone to vote on who’s design they like best. At the end of the month the winner will get a web video where they can discuss what the certain design may mean to them. The video will be placed on the main page where all can easily access. We will have submit tab on the website as well so you can apply to get your artwork added to the cause. The website is planned to be launched in the month of January 2011.
